Where is the delivery to?
FARFIE online store delivers clothes throughout Ukraine and the world, except Russia and Belarus.
DELIVERY AND RETURN ON THE TERRITORY OF POLAND:
Delivery method:
You can pick up your order at a Nova Poshta branch or an InPost postal facility. You can also order courier delivery to the specified address - this type of delivery is charged at the rates of the selected post office
Cost and delivery time:
Weight up to 2 kg - 48 zł
Weight up to 10 kg - 68 zł
Weight up to 20 kg - 93 zł
The average delivery time is 5 working days.
Payment methods:
Full payment is made online on our website using the Shopify Payment system, it is also possible to pay through all other payment systems with Shopify payments, which is more than 213+ payment systems
Return methods:
If for some reason your order does not suit you, you can return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, provided that.
- the product has not been in use/used;
- preserved presentation, consumer characteristics, labels.
To return the goods:

Send the goods to the address indicated on the waybill or check with the manager for all details;

Exchange goods:

The exchange order is processed after we receive the return from you.
If you receive the wrong model (size, color) that you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the size on the product is what you ordered, but the product does not fit, you will pay the shipping costs.

Delivery is payable immediately.
The cost is calculated individually according to Ukrposhta tariffs.
The average delivery time is 10-28 days.

Full payment is made online on our website using the FONDA payment system, it is also possible to pay through all other payment systems with Shopify payments, which is more than 150 payment systems
Please note that international delivery is subject to customs fees, which vary from country to country. This amount is not included in the price of the goods and can be deducted when the package arrives in your country.
